  2. Wow! How disappointing. He didn’t say one thing to explain how he recruits people. It’s basically just a ad for us to purchase something. I’m really looking forward to viewing these NMPRO videos. I hope this is the exception.

    1. Nah, Todd doesn’t give the really good stuff for free. You’d have to spend at least $100.00 on one of his DVD sets. But it is worth it. One good set to get, is the one where he’s recorded live prospecting for you.

    2. I don’t work 16 hours daily…I have what you call a LIST by generating targeted traffic to my deal and Follow up. I do more internet marketing than stay on the phone all day but I used to and it worked for me

      None of these methods – attraction/internet mktg, cold calling, IRL prospecting – are mutually exclusive. And if you’re doing a “blitz” (refer to Erid Worre, he’s got an amazing program for that) you may well decide to hit it crazy hard for a short time, and pull 12-16 hour days. I’m constantly using all available methods to keep my list growing. I utilize hybrid methods, but ultimately people need to implement what works for them.

  4. Attraction marketing is mostly BS. Top people in the field like Ray Higdon, Cesar Rodriguez, etc all are in my company and never got past the 2nd rank (director) of the company after 4 years. Directors make maybe 2-3k a month.They make money by selling BS training that they never employ themselves. Todd Falcone was anti-attraction marketing for a while. Then he realized how much money he can make selling courses than actually going back in the field. With that said, I think cold calling local real estate agents is a great way to grow your business.
